Our God is God of purpose

Sit and reflect on life itself and you would discover that nothing happens by chance. It is the principle of life that for everything there is a purpose. Our God is God of purpose. There is a purpose for everything He created. Who knows what would have happened if there was day and no night at all. Who knows what would have happened if there were only women and no men at all. For everything God created, He assigned a definite purpose – a clear role. Remember, you are made not only in the image of God but also to live in a community. Without relating to others in a community, the reality of the image of God in us cannot be made manifest. Genuine spiritual experience needs to be tested in a real situation in order to expose the reality of the experience. By genuine spiritual experience, I mean the image of God in us which we manifest in the form of faithfulness, love, kindness, goodness, self-control, humility and the like as mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23. If you say you are Christian, you are saying you are a divine image bearer of God. It means you mirror Christ and that your life comes from Christ. Except this claim is tested in a real situation, your claim would remain suspect.

As a Christian, no matter the situation you are facing, there is a purpose. Find out. Do a proper reflection and you would see that behind your situation lies God’s purpose for your life.

DO A LITTLE GOOD – T.B. Joshua

tb Joshua scoanIf you read the about the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:30-36, you would realise that Jesus Christ has actually called us as Christians to respond to all human needs, for that is what love entails.

Jesus Christ values our little effort to honour Him when it is done in truth, humility and faith. No matter how small, how little, when you present it in humility, cheerfulness, Jesus honours it. Look at your contribution to others as an assignment from God. When you see whatever you are doing as an assignment from God, you cannot afford to fail God. You will always do the right thing. The Bible says that whatever you do to your neighbour or fail to do, that you do unto God. Every person God created is a solution to a problem. No matter your level in life, you are a solution to a problem. When you begin to see life in this light, you will always overcome, you will become successful.

Jesus Christ was bread to the hungry, a roadmap to the lost, water to the thirsty, a companion to the lonely. Whatever is your gift, that is what the Lord will use to bless others through you. What is your gift? No matter how small, you can still share with others who need your gift. Thousands want to change. They just don’t know how to go about it. Successful people are simply problem solvers. No matter your level in life, you are a solution to a problem. This means you are created for a purpose.

PRAYER: God, give me Your eyes to find those who need me and how I can identify with those who need me the most, in Jesus’ name.

THE “SON OF DARKNESS” BROUGHT INTO THE LIGHT!!!

The life-experience you are about to read is not for the faint of the heart. It is a chilling exposé of the kingdom of darkness and its sinister operations in this world, as told by one who was once an embodiment of diabolical powers, one who even bore the name ‘son of darkness’. We advise you to read on carefully and prayerfully…

Nicholas Egwuche was born and brought up by a “demonic goddess” underneath a notorious river in Kogi State, Nigeria. In the ‘mansion under the sea’, he was schooled in every manner of dark art imaginable by the woman he assumed to be his ‘mother’. In reality, his biological mother – who was just sixteen years old at the time she conceived – had harrowingly ‘sacrificed’ him to that goddess to save her the shame of an early pregnancy.

Nicholas’ first sojourn in the ‘real world’ came when the demonic enchantress instructed him to find a young virgin girl and bring her to ‘their kingdom’ for a sacrifice. He was only thirteen years old. Blood was drunk as part of the satanic ritual which imbued the young man with unnerving boldness, knowing that no weapon could “penetrate him”. Each subsequent initiation delved him deeper into the throes of darkness. Not only was he proficient in the creation of charms, he was equally tutored in the art of shooting and could handle any form of advanced weaponry. It was time for his ‘mission’ in the world to commence.

Nicholas was instructed to seek those who had “a bright future” and ensure their destiny was diverted from God’s ways to that of the devil’s. He had warped the minds of many would-be Gospel singers, plunging them down a path of secular music instead. The demonic authority he possessed gave him strange abilities, such as the power to disappear and pass through walls. Attending university in the physical world, the school became his hunting ground – to initiate victims either unto ritual sacrifice or satanic servitude.

However, one day he learned the shocking truth behind his birth – through his mother who came to confront the goddess and demand his return. She killed his own mother before his eyes, demanding that he lay with her corpse for several weeks thereafter for further spiritual fortification. With this numbing reality, Nicholas chose to break free from the clutches of the ‘goddess’ and use his powers for his own purposes. As he struggled to leave, she placed a vicious curse on him – that he would be a condemned thief for the rest of his life.

Several years later, Nicholas had been in over six prisons – once for a period of two years. Despite his uncanny abilities, he was always caught at the point of crime, disgraced and thrown into jail. There, his ‘spiritual mother’ would mock him before eventually setting him free and then throwing him back into incarceration again. In his last imprisonment, she spiritually communicated to him a mission he was to undertake to secure freedom – the destruction of a particular police officer who was “disturbing their kingdom”.

Travelling to Enugu State to execute the mission, Nicholas allowed himself to be arrested so he could be taken to the police station of that police officer – CSP Mashat Danladi. That night, he went through the walls to enter his office, preparing to burn all documents there and steal ammunition – so as to cause the expulsion and disgrace of the police officer. However, something mysterious held him back from committing arson and he returned to his cell.

When called to see the police officer – who happened to be an Emmanuel TV Partner and regular visitor to The SCOAN – he instantly brought forth the New Morning Water and began ministering it to him. Nicholas felt “fire” burning throughout his body and began to vomit out the strange powers within him in the form of two rings and a razor.

Shocked at what had just transpired, CSP Danladi knew this case was far from ordinary and decided to bring the young man to The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) for complete deliverance. Last week, Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied concerning his case and prayed for him in the power of the Holy Spirit! Ever since entering The SCOAN, the spiritual connection with the female goddess has been severed, Nicholas’ addiction to drugs and alcohol broken and all demonic powers he once possessed conquered.

“I have tasted everything satan has to offer and I can only advise people that Jesus is the only way, truth and life,” Nicholas concluded his incredible testimony by advising. On his own part, CSP Danladi stressed that those in law enforcement should be conscious that spiritual issues require Divine intervention, not just imprisonment and physical punishment.

Peace of Heart – T.B. Joshua

tb joshua scoan

Prophet T.B. Joshua

“Let us look for peace – peace of heart – and the little you have will be sufficient. Without peace of heart, even if you have the whole, you have trouble. The only thing that will give you peace of heart is to consider your neighbour while looking for your own way out. If you don’t consider your neighbour while looking for the way out of your problem, you are not considering Jesus, your Creator.

“Remember, your neighbour can be someone who does not share the same faith with you; your neighbour can be your friend or enemy. While looking for the way out of your mess, difficulty, situation – how will I do this business – consider your neighbour. What is happening to your neighbour? If that neighbour is entitled to the same business but you are ready to do anything to take it, you may take it – but without peace of heart.” – T.B. Joshua

A LIBERIAN MAN: “I said I was a Nigerian so they would deport me”

Streams of deportees from Libya have been arriving to The SCOAN, seeking the face of God for help and a new beginning. A few who arrived among the groups this week, came out to share their experiences. The first to speak was Cynthia who narrated her horrific experience where, in search of a better life, she found herself sold into prostitution, having to sleep with up to 20 men in a day. She was beaten and injured by the women managing the brothel and at a point, even shot in her leg. The bullet entered her leg and came out her foot, leaving her unable to move for four months. Thrown into prison, she was later deported to Nigeria. It was only here that she was able to find medical care for her ghastly wound. Cynthia advised people not to believe what they are promoting on the internet about the journey to Libya and Europe, that they are false and that the journey is horrific.

Mary had no parents and was convinced to travel to Europe via Libya for a better life to help her family. She left Nigeria and travelled through the desert where she saw multitudes of people dying in the desert with some, buried alive. She explained that her experience in the desert was like fire in hell. When she arrived in Libya, she was forced into prostitution by the person who took her to Libya. The man took a picture of her naked and threatened to post it on the internet if she did not do the work of prostitution. She had to sleep with up to 10 men in a day. On many occasions in the brothel, she was beaten with broken bottles. During a police raid of the brothel, Mary was put into prison with no food or light and later deported back to Nigeria. She advised all that Nigeria is a very blessed country and people should value it and build their life with what God has given them.

Washington, a Liberian national, was deceived by a friend to go to Germany via Libya. When he got to Libya he was kidnapped and put into prison, to be later bailed out by a friend. He spent three days in the desert with no food or water. While there, four of the people he was with were captured again and put into prison. When he finally arrived to the coast of Libya to take the rubber boat across the Mediterranean Sea, he was captured and also put back into prison. He was put on the deportation list but there were no flights back to Liberia. His request was repeatedly denied until he heard from Nigerians there that Prophet T.B. Joshua in Nigeria often helped people who were in terrible situations such as theirs. He then claimed that he was a Nigerian, hoping to also find a way out of Libya and help from the man of God. Washington advised people to never attempt the illegal route through the desert to Libya and Europe, admonishing people to take the legal route by plane. When he came to The SCOAN, Prophet T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Partners helped him financially and he began to eat regularly and was given medical assistance for his injuries and illnesses. He shared his heart’s desire was to go back to his country Liberia.

Akeem shared his terrifying experience of being kidnapped and captured in the desert. He was instructed to get his family to send money to bail him out but when he called his mother, she did not believe him. The kidnappers then made a video call to her, showing Akeem being prepared to be hung. She quickly sold her land and sent the money to the kidnappers. Akeem was severely beaten and later put in prison. Sometime later he was released and found a job but after a week of work, instead of paying him, the man pulled out a gun and shot him. Akeem ran away with a broken bone in his arm and was later caught and deported. He advised people not to be deceived, that people are falsely promoting the journey to collect money. Stay in Nigeria because the journey is like hell.

Hearing their distressing experiences, Prophet T.B. Joshua sent financial assistance in the amount of 200,000 naira for each of the deportees and prayed for their future success, in Christ Jesus.

LIBYA DEPORTEES GIVEN A NEW BEGINNING WITH ‎₦3,250,000 AND FOODSTUFFS

On Friday July 13, 2018 Prophet T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV team rushed to the aid of a group of 65 Nigerian deportees from Libya, who arrived at The SCOAN in a dire condition, assisting them with a lump sum of ‎₦3,250,000 ($9,000), medical attention, a hot meal, and two bags of rice each to help them restart their lives.

Recounting their difficult stories, they explained how they had seen the height of human cruelty in the course of their illegal journey. “The person that took me to Libya is the same person that sold me!” exclaimed Mr Onudha, who was a shoe sales man in Nigeria but left his country amid a false promise that he would be given employment on a farm in Libya.

“There was no movement or freedom of speech there. We were just slaves.” Proclaimed Mr Onudoha, another deportee who said he left his job in Nigeria as a driver but couldn’t even see one Naira once he entered Libya.

They advised all their fellow Nigerians never to embark on such a dangerous and illegal journey

Video: How TB Joshua Prayed for Thailand Cave Rescue

Thailand cave tb joshuaOn Sunday 8th July 2018, Prophet T.B. Joshua led The SCOAN congregation and Emmanuel TV viewers around the world in prayer for the young Thailand footballers and their coach who were dangerously trapped in a cave for almost three weeks.

The Prophet led the congregation to “Ask God to intervene and rescue these children. The divers and people that want to rescue them – God should inspire them what to do and how to do it. The Lord should rescue these children – rescue them, help them, in Jesus Christ’s name!”

To the glory of God, on Tuesday 10th July 2018, all twelve members of the Wild Boar Football team were successfully rescued, alongside their coach.

The ministry on their Only Official Facebook page also thanks God for the successful rescue saying, “We at The SCOAN and Emmanuel TV thank God for rescuing the lives of these young footballers from Thailand and pray HE would strengthen them to make a complete recovery after their underground ordeal.”

Thank You, Jesus Christ!
