Tb Joshua 56 birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TB JOSHUA!

BY CHRISTOPHER NWANNEKA

Senior Prophet T.B. Joshua, popularly known as T.B Joshua, is the founder of Emmanuel Television and General Overseer, Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Ikotun-Egbe, Lagos. T.B Joshua was born in Arigidi-Akoko, Ondo state, now in the present Ekiti state on June 12, 1963.

His birth was foretold that he was not an ordinary child; that he was anointed from his mother’s womb. He spent 15 months in the womb before his birth. Moreover, a day before his naming ceremony, he miraculously survived a mishap that would have claimed his life. A blast from a quarry in the community had flung a large rock through the roof of where he was laid, but he was untouched.

Prophet T.B. Joshua started from nowhere, but yet has offered so much to uplift and deliver nations and her citizens across the globe. His journey is a humble story of how God raised a young man from a poverty-stricken home to lead a dynamic, multifaceted and global ministry that attracts millions worldwide to witness the reality of God’s power. Prophet T.B Joshua is happily married to Evelyn Joshua and is blessed with three children.

World over, Prophet T.B Joshua has trained people in different areas of specialization and human endeavour. He has equally helped built the capacity of youths. T.B Joshua laid the foundation of his charity in 1989, which has touched the lives of millions of people all over the World. What he does across the globe has enhanced the image of Nigeria in international scene.

According to Forbes Magazine, Prophet T.B Joshua and Emmanuel Television Partners have spent over two hundred million dollars on charity worldwide. He is a care-giver who found fulfillment in the joy of others. Prophet T.B Joshua has provided for the physically challenged, the aged, the orphans, widows, widowers, the needy, the helpless, the forgotten, the abandoned and the oppressed.

The less privileged ones have found succour in Prophet T.B Joshua. He built houses for the poor, gave free food and Medicare as well as paid school fees for indigent ones. Over twelve thousands students have been benefiting from his scholarship programme worldwide. Some of the students have bagged their B.Sc, Master’s and doctorate degrees in various fields of discipline. In addition, over two thousand staff are on his payroll in his ministry. This goes to show that Prophet T.B Joshua is a priceless jewel.

During the 2013 earthquake in Haiti, Prophet T.B Joshua sent a medical team to the affected areas. The team established a field hospital called “Clinique Emmanuel”. Countries such as India, Philippines and Ghana have also felt the philanthropic gesture of T.B Joshua during periods of natural disasters. More so, T.B Joshua and partners assisted victims of earthquake that struck Ecuador in 2016 by providing relief materials worth about five hundred million dollars.

Nigerians are also not left out in his humanitarian services. Those deported from various parts of the world have received succour and rehabilitation from the man of God, among so many other humanitarian gestures. Indeed, God has used T.B Joshua mightily to heal and deliver a lot of souls from bondage.

Again, T.B Joshua’s teachings are life changing. They refresh and transform destinies and prepare one for a very fulfilling, fruitful and rewarding experience with God’s words. Every segment of T.B Joshua’s sermon is brimmed with an effusion of divine revelation and power that transforms the lives and destinies of congregation and viewers all over the world.

Thus, we, the partners, wise men, SCOAN Family and Admirers, celebrate your birthday. We pray that God, in His infinite mercy, will give you long life, strength and more anointing to continue the work of God to man worldwide. Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua (aka T.B Joshua), hearty cheers at 56. Once more, happy birthday and many happy returns. Better is not good enough, the best is yet to come.

TB Joshua 56 Birthday, Love is the greatest

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TB JOSHUA!

By Patrick Iwelunmor

As Prophet T.B Joshua clocks fifty-six years on his sojourn through this earth today, the Prophet’s towering status in Christendom cannot be wished away by mere birthday wishes. The enigmatic man of God deserves to be reminded that his crusades against the dark forces of our existence have attained immortality in the minds and hearts of those who truly understand the teachings of Jesus Christ, especially those based on the concept and mystery of love.

The cardinal essence of Christ’s mission in the world was to bring love to a frail and condemned humanity, which led to His eventual death on the cross, even when He had earlier mustered the human nature to resist that fatal saga.

Prophet T.B. Joshua’s concept of Christianity best exemplifies the foregoing Christological epistemology. In a world where many men of God are at daggers-drawn against one another, the humble, Arigidi-Akoko-born cleric has maintained that soldiers of the Kingdom must not be divided against themselves. He has refused to join issues with any pastor or ministry, even in the face of malicious criticisms. Instead, he has always deployed love and the dignity of eloquent silence, as instructed by Christ Himself.

Aside his innumerable works of charity within and beyond the shores of Africa, Prophet T.B. Joshua’s ministry is perhaps the only Christian ministry that does not discriminate against other faiths, knowing that Christ Himself came to save the entire world and not a portion of it. During Sallah celebrations, Muslim faithful visit his church to celebrate with him because by his very unbiased and non-partisan nature, he has broken every stricture that tends to instigate the barriers of tribe, ethnicity, race and religion against humanity.

In his world-view, love is supreme, just as it remains the greatest commandment. This explains the reason behind his untiring giving nature. He reckons that any man of God propelled by the spirit of love would not want to amass all the material things of this world to himself while the population of the needy keeps swelling by the day.

Other well-meaning men of God should continue to think about others more than themselves. It is anti-Christ to preach the Word to the needy without providing for them what Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State fame would call ‘stomach infrastructure’. Jesus Himself provided ‘stomach infrastructure’ when he fed five thousand people distracted from hearing his sermon by hunger.

Religious leaders are hereby enjoined to feed God’s flock not with the Word alone but with those other human needs that may hinder them from concentrating on the Word. At 56, Prophet TB Joshua’s pragmatic exemplification of the spirit of love should be a rallying point for all Kingdom crusaders to win the war against the dark forces of this earth.

WORLD ACCLAIMED PROPHET T.B. JOSHUA AND INSPIRATION BEHIND THE EMMANUEL TV

Nigerian Prophet T.B. Joshua turns 56 on Wednesday June 12, 2019 – but the respected cleric has an unusual message for those who wish to celebrate the occasion.

“If you really love your pastor, you should dedicate June 12th to take your time to meet the sick ones, to have friends who have been bedridden for many years,” Joshua told the teeming multi-national congregants at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN).

“Many of them have been abandoned for years,” he extolled his listeners in a sermon subsequently uploaded to YouTube. “Be their family. Give them your number and have theirs… Introduce your children to this good habit. That is a divine legacy – so that they can continue when you are no longer living.”

“There is no gathering; there is no coming together to cut a cake,” he emphasised.  “On June 12th, rededicate yourself to the acts of giving. The giving we are talking about should not be selective. When you are doing that, your destiny will be reshaped.”

Joshua then spoke on the paramount virtues of love. “The love you give away is the only love you keep,”he counselled. “You are a human being not because you have ability to think but because you have ability to love.”

The cleric’s assertion regarding his birthday comes on the heels of his refusal to collect an offering at an event in UK attended by over 15,000 people, rather insisting that attendees give the offering to their “neighbours in need”.

Joshua was born 56 years ago in a humble, poverty-stricken home in Arigidi-Akoko in Ondo State, Nigeria but has risen to be counted as one of Africa’s most influential individuals and his church the foremost destination for religious tourism in West Africa.
